Who we are

Subli is provided by Nuvael Labs LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company in the United States. In this policy, “Subli,” “Nuvael Labs,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Nuvael Labs LLC in connection with the Subli Android application.

Information stored on your device

Subli lets you enter and manage information such as subscription or service names, prices and currencies, renewal dates, billing cycles, reminder preferences, notes, tags, and related history. This information is used to provide the app's tracking, calendar, reminder, totals, and history features and is stored locally on your device.

Subli does not require a Nuvael Labs account for its core subscription-tracking features. We do not automatically receive the subscription names, notes, prices, renewal dates, or other tracking details that you enter into the app.

Reminders and notifications

Subli uses Android notification and scheduling capabilities to provide renewal reminders you configure or that are included with the app. Notification permission, battery optimization, device settings, operating-system behavior, and other device conditions can affect whether and when a reminder is delivered. Reminder scheduling is handled on your device.

Backup and restore

If you use Subli's backup or restore features, the backup data is created or selected through your device and is under your control. Nuvael Labs does not automatically receive a copy of your local Subli backup. A backup you save outside the app can remain there after you delete the app or its local data, until you delete that backup yourself.

Subli Pro, Google Play, and RevenueCat

Subli Pro subscriptions are sold through Google Play. Google processes payment details and the purchase transaction; Nuvael Labs does not receive your full payment-card details. We use RevenueCat to help validate purchases and determine whether Subli Pro access is active.

For purchase validation and subscription management, Google Play and RevenueCat may process information such as app or user identifiers, product identifiers, transaction or purchase information, subscription status, and technical app or device information needed to provide and secure the billing service. Their handling of information is also governed by their own privacy policies.

Support communications

If you contact us for support, we receive the email address, message, and any information or attachments you choose to send. We use that information to respond, troubleshoot the issue, maintain appropriate business records, and protect the service. Please avoid sending sensitive information that is not necessary for support.

How information is used and shared

We use information only as reasonably necessary to operate Subli, provide and verify paid access, respond to support requests, maintain security, comply with law, and protect our rights. We do not sell personal information and we do not share your local subscription-tracking data with advertisers.

Limited information may be processed by service providers that perform functions on our behalf, including Google Play and RevenueCat for billing and subscription validation. We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect users, Nuvael Labs, or others from fraud, abuse, or security threats.

Retention and deletion

Data stored locally in Subli remains on your device until you delete it, clear the app's data, or uninstall the app, subject to any separate backups you created. Purchase and subscription records handled by Google Play or RevenueCat may be retained as necessary to provide billing, restore purchases, prevent fraud, keep required business records, or comply with legal obligations. Support correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably needed for support, security, ordinary business records, and legal obligations.

Your choices and rights

You can edit or delete local subscription records in the app and control notification permission through Android settings. You can manage or cancel a Subli Pro subscription through Google Play. Depending on where you live, you may also have legal rights concerning personal information processed by Nuvael Labs, such as access, correction, or deletion. Contact us to make a privacy request.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information we process. No device, storage system, or internet service can be guaranteed completely secure, so you should also protect access to your device and any backup files you create.

International processing

Nuvael Labs operates internationally and our service providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Where required, information is handled using appropriate legal safeguards.

Children

Subli is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through Subli. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review the situation.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Subli, applicable law, or our service providers change. The latest version will be posted at this URL with the updated date shown above.

Website privacy

When you visit nuvaellabs.com, the separate Nuvael Labs website privacy policy applies to website hosting, analytics, and website inquiries.
