Terms of Service
The terms that apply when you use the Subli Android application.
Last updated: October 16, 2026
Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Subli, an Android application provided by Nuvael Labs LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company in the United States. By downloading, accessing, or using Subli, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
What Subli does
Subli helps you organize recurring subscriptions, renewal dates, reminders, spending information, and related history. Subli is a tracking and reminder tool. It is not the merchant for the third-party subscriptions you choose to track, and it does not cancel, renew, modify, or pay those third-party subscriptions on your behalf.
Your information and responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of the subscription details, dates, prices, currencies, notes, reminder settings, and other information you enter into Subli. You are also responsible for maintaining access to your device and for keeping any backups you choose to create.
Reminders are an aid, not a guarantee
Subli is designed to help remind you about upcoming renewals, but notification delivery can be affected by Android settings, battery optimization, device state, permissions, operating-system behavior, time settings, or other conditions outside our control. You remain responsible for reviewing renewal dates and managing third-party subscriptions. A missed or delayed reminder does not change your obligations to another subscription provider.
Free and Subli Pro
Subli may provide a free tier and optional paid features through Subli Pro. Features, limits, and availability may evolve over time, but any material purchase terms are shown before you confirm a transaction.
Subli Pro may include features such as tracking more active subscriptions, custom reminder schedules, and price-history visualization. Access to paid features depends on an active entitlement associated with the applicable Google Play purchase.
Subscriptions, billing, and automatic renewal
Subli Pro monthly and annual subscriptions are purchased through Google Play. Prices, currencies, taxes, billing periods, and any applicable promotional terms are presented by Google Play before purchase. Payment is charged through the Google Play account you use for the transaction.
Paid subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date under Google Play's applicable rules. You can manage or cancel your subscription through Google Play. Deleting Subli does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription.
Free trials and promotional offers
An annual Subli Pro plan may include a free trial or other offer for eligible customers. Eligibility is determined through Google Play and may depend on purchase history or other store rules. If a trial is offered to you, the exact duration and post-trial price are shown before purchase. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription will convert to a paid subscription and renew according to the terms shown by Google Play.
Refunds, cancellations, and purchase restoration
Google Play processes payments, cancellations, and applicable refund requests subject to Google's policies and applicable law. Subli may provide a Restore Purchases action to re-check eligible purchases associated with your Google Play account. A purchase, refund, revocation, expiration, or billing issue may change your access to Subli Pro after the store status is validated.
What happens if Pro access ends
If Subli Pro expires or is revoked, paid features may become unavailable. Subli is designed not to delete your locally stored subscription records merely because Pro access ends. Free-tier limits can restrict adding or activating additional subscriptions until you are within the free allowance or you restore paid access.
License and acceptable use
Subject to these Terms, Nuvael Labs grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Subli for lawful purposes. You may not reverse engineer the app except where applicable law expressly permits it, bypass purchase or entitlement controls, interfere with the app or its services, use the app to violate law or third-party rights, or redistribute the app except through authorized channels.
Third-party services
Subli relies on third-party services including Google Play for distribution and billing and RevenueCat for purchase validation and subscription entitlement management. Your use of those services is also subject to their applicable terms and policies. Nuvael Labs is not responsible for outages, account restrictions, policy decisions, or other actions of third-party services outside our reasonable control.
Availability and changes
We may update, improve, add, remove, or discontinue features as the product evolves. We may also release fixes or require newer app versions for security, compatibility, or billing reasons. We do not guarantee that every feature will be available on every device, Android version, country, or store account.
Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, Subli is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free reminders, or complete accuracy. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Nuvael Labs LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses resulting from missed reminders, third-party subscription charges, inaccurate information entered by you, device failure, or third-party service outages. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Termination
You may stop using Subli at any time. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the app, enforce these Terms, comply with law, or address abuse or security risks. Ending use of Subli does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription; cancellation must be completed through Google Play.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your place of residence gives you mandatory rights that cannot be waived.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as Subli, applicable law, or our services change. The latest version will be posted at this URL with the updated date above. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide notice where required by law.
